The ALD Life Games Approach
-
Youth Sports
Sports offer a healthy outlet for energy, boost self-esteem, and teach teamwork and discipline. Helping youth develop healthy routines, build resilience, and stay drug free.
-
Goal Setting
Helping youth set goals: Learning how to set realistic, measurable goals in academics, personal growth, and career aspirations. Helping youth develop a greater sense of self and purpose.
-
Mentorship
Mentors can offer support, encouragement, and guidance. Helping kids stay on track towards achieving their goals. Knowing their mentors believe in them can be a transformative experience for youth.

ALD Life Games
We combine the advantages of sports, goal-setting, and mentorship to help kids stay healthy, avoid drugs, and make informed decisions for their future. This approach builds their physical and mental strength, teaches discipline, and gives them a sense of purpose. With support from caring mentors, kids learn to set and reach their goals, giving them a solid foundation for a bright, drug-free future.
As part of our program, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, Olympic Games, as well as college student athletes, and celebrities, deliver powerful motivational talks on social issues, mental health, opioid, fentanyl and drug and alcohol awareness and prevention, as well other important topics affecting youth.
