OUR PROGRAM AND METHODOLOGY

To support our mission of helping kids lead healthy lives, stay off drugs, and make positive choices through sports, goal-setting, and mentorship. We offer the following classes and workshops. Lead by Industry Professionals and Professional and former athletes.

These classes and workshops not only equip our youth with the necessary tools for making positive choices but also foster a sense of responsibility, resilience, and community, supporting the mission of creating a drug-free future.

Goal-Setting and Personal Development Workshops

  • Goal Setting and Achievement: Workshops that teach kids how to set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and create a clear action plan to achieve them.

  • Time Management and Planning: Sessions that focus on how to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay focused on long-term objectives.

  • Self-Discovery and Personal Growth: Classes that help kids identify their passions, strengths, and values, empowering them to set goals that align with their personal aspirations

Mentorship Training Programs

  • Mentor Development Workshops: We train our industry professional and former athlete mentors on how to effectively guide, listen, and support youth. These programs focus on empathy, communication, and conflict resolution.

  • Youth Mentorship Circles: Mentors work with small groups of kids to offer personalized advice, share experiences, and discuss challenges.

  • Building Resilience: Offer mentorship workshops on developing mental toughness, overcoming setbacks, and using challenges as learning experiences.

Drug Prevention and Life Skills Workshops

  • Substance Abuse Awareness: Educational programs that focus on the dangers of drugs and alcohol, the impact on health, and ways to make healthy decisions in peer-pressure situations.

  • Decision-Making and Critical Thinking: Teaching youth how to make responsible, informed decisions, particularly when it comes to peer influence and avoiding risky behavior.

  • Stress Management and Coping Skills: Helping kids learn healthy ways to cope with stress, emotions, and difficult situations, reducing the temptation to turn to substances.

Sports Clinics & Physical Fitness Workshops

  • Sports Skills Development: Clinics focused on specific sports (basketball, football, soccer, gymnastics, etc.) to develop physical skills, teamwork, and discipline.

  • Youth Fitness & Health Education: Workshops that educate kids on the importance of exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness to foster a healthy lifestyle.

  • Team Building Activities: Activities that promote collaboration, communication, and leadership, reinforcing teamwork and building supportive social networks.

Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being Sessions

  • Building Self-Esteem and Confidence: Designed to help kids recognize their worth, embrace their strengths, and build a positive self-image.

  • Mindfulness and Meditation: Mindfulness techniques to help with focus, emotional regulation, and reducing stress.

  • Conflict Resolution and Anger Management: Helping youth understand how to manage conflicts and resolve disagreements in a healthy, non-violent way.

Parental and Community Engagement Programs

  • Parenting and Family Support Workshops: Educating parents on how to provide emotional support, encourage healthy habits, and guide their children through life’s challenges.

  • Community Building and Support Networks: Providing community events or workshops where parents, mentors, and kids come together to build a network of mutual support, share resources, and strengthen community bonds.

Leadership and Empowerment Programs

  • Leadership Development: Helping youth learn leadership qualities such as responsibility, accountability, and integrity, helping kids take on leadership roles in sports or their communities.
